Need to request an extra special prayer for Bryan Clouser, as the love of his life Anna Beck has passed away & now joined God’s Kingdom.  In the picture, it is Bryan & Anna to the right together in with Jamie & I at Hope4Cancer.  It was an honor & a blessing to meet, get to know & love both Bryan & Anna .  We have shared laughter & tears.  Thank you to each of you for praying for Anna.  As many of you have experienced such a significant loss you will know, in a very deep way, how to pray for Bryan as he walks this grieving journey out.  Everyday we are one step closer to Heaven, and it is a privilege to be able to walk someone home to His Kingdom.  Bryan walked her home through his endless love & caregiving.  Love you Bryan Clouser & praying.  Please let us always continue to love each other beyond worms, whi...

Pride and Humble Pie Anyone ever entertain the thought of what they might receive for a “Life-time Achievement Award”?  Lately, I have been like a Hasbro “Weebles Toy”.  Remember those?  “Weebles wobble, but they don’t fall down”.   Well they say that pride cometh before the fall, so I decided to take a proactive approach & NOT fall down.  This week I decided to swallow my pride, I got the forms filled out for handicapped parking.  Used it for the first time in the Lorenville Tim Hortons.  For me, it was such a blessing. Come on, we are in Canada and Jamie prefers his coffee from Tims & NOT the “Bottoms Up Cafe” style    I offered once for him to par-take & without hesitation he responded by saying that I couldn’t pay him enough to try it!!!   So I’ve been thinking that maybe it’s time for me to purchase a lottery ticket!   What do you think of that master mind scheme?  Have you ever eaten humble pie or ha...

  Have you ever heard the expression that there is “safety in numbers”?  Those of you who know me know that I have always said, “God never answers our prayers in the way we expected but He always answers our prayers in the ways that is best for you & all involved”.  God’s best does not look like what we as humans feel as an earthly best.  Has anyone ever told you not to do drugs because it is dangerous for you?   Well in preparation for my CT Scan, I am required to take a high dose of Prednisone & a high doses of Benadryl  the night before & one hour before I am going to have the CT Scan. This is all to help me NOT to react to the necessary injected dye that is  given so they can preform The CT Scan.  You might ask why this is necessary, well I had a strong allergic reaction to the dye many years ago.  I had a rash that went from my neck to my waste & down both my front & back.  Actually, I looked quite a huge hi...
