August 22, 2024 - Happy Anniversary - Forever Grateful

 


Happy Anniversary Jamie Matthews.  Well, I know where we were 44 years ago today Hon.  We were getting ready to elope or at least I was. Just a little earlier than you.  Believe it or not he stopped on his way home from being on the boat seining for the week.  He was covered in fish scales and very fragrant.  He asked me if I was ready to go. 🤣😂  For those who aren’t familiar with seining back then… at that time, there were NO showers on a lot of the boats. So as you can tell, humor really has prevailed in our relationship.  God has many purposes for this rich gift.  Humor can add a wonderfully positive dimension.  #1. It is solid proof that humor works, as we both are still alive. 😉  Love you beyond, what I can express in words.  Through it all, you remain my favorite love story.  Well except, the greatest love story of all and that is Jesus Christ’s gift on the cross to us all.  Jesus also tells us the greatest of these is love.  We have been so blessed to experience this rich soul deep blessing.  

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.  But the greatest of these is love.”  1Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)

October 30, 2025 – the CT scan – it is finished!

  October 30, 2025   The CT SCAN - It Is Finished! My CT scan is complete. The only way that it was possible was through the power of the generous prayers that you lifted to my Lord and King for both Jamie, myself, and the workers. To God be the glory.  Great things he has done. ✨♥️🙌♥️✨God was so merciful and did the miracle. 1. Jamie came up with the perfect idea. He said that he could just wheel me over to the hospital in my wheelchair. That way I would only have to get up and down twice at the hospital. Lesson: listen to your husband! God has given him great wisdom. Remember Paulette, “you’re not the only one I talk to. “ 2.   7th OCT 2025 - 24th OCT. 2025   Roller Coaster of Faith, Running & Walking and Everything in Between.
